Getting your 'witches mail' forwarded.

Up until a year or two ago we just forwarded mail to whoever asked us to. However with the concern about terrorism and a the like, we for while stopped accepting new application to forward mail, unless the person came to use with a personal recommendation from one of the path leaders.

The solution we now have is that you have to register fully with us if you want emails forwarded. This information is kept 100% confidential, but it does mean that if we are led to have concerns, we can quickly check out that the facts are correct or otherwise, and stop the delivery if we are unhappy. We will also spot check on an ongoing basis that the information we hold is correct.

We also have the new ability to send copies to multiple or a list of emails, this means that if we have concerns about your use of this facility it is now possible for us to send a copy of all emails to a trusted supervising craft member. Where this is done it will not be supervised by a person that you know or will have anything routinely to do with. This ability also allows us to offer a coven email address,  where any emails sent to the address is distributed automatically to all oven members. This at present is only available for covens and not available for other uses, but we may consider requests if you have a group and special need, ie research project.
